PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tread with cutouts having a connecting bridge by eliminating the necessity of introducing an insert material into a tread and directly molding the tread during the molding and vulcanizing operation for a tire. SOLUTION: A molding element 1 is provided with an anchor section 2 to be fixed on a molding portion 3, and the anchor section 2 is extended by forming a molding portion protruded from the molding face of the molding portion 3. The molding portion 3 of the molding element 1 is provided with at least two extension sections 31 and 32, and at least one extension section out of two extension sections is provided with at least one arm 4 rotated around a rotating pin fixed on the extension section. At least one orifice 6 is formed on the molding position of the molding element 1 so that at least one rotating arm 4 supported on the extension section 31 is brought into contact with the other extension section 32 and a rubber mixture is passed through the molding element.
