PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding-past preventive instrument capable of waking up surely without riding past, without troubling surrounding people in the case of falling asleep in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This instrument has a display region 12 changeable between a time screen display region and an alarm screen display region 22 in a housing 10. When setting a time of an alarm, a first button is pressed to change the display region 12 to the alarm screen display region 22, and a time for operating the alarm is set on a time display part 24 and a minute display part 26 by a second button 16 and a third button 18, and a fourth button 14 is pressed to set so that a vibration generating device is operated when the time comes. When the time on the time screen display region becomes the time on the alarm screen display region 22, the vibration generating device is vibrated to wake up a person sleeping deeply. After waking, the second button 16 is pressed to stop the vibration of the vibration generating device.
