PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the photosensitive conductive paste superior in storage stability and capable of executing stable development processing. SOLUTION: The photosensitive conductive paste is obtained by mixing an organic binder having acid functional groups soluble in water or alkalis, a photosensitive organic component, an organic solvent, and a conductive metal powder containing a polyvalent metal, such as copper powder, and further, dipropyleneglycol monoethyl ether such as monool compounds or pentamethyleneglycol, such as diol compounds. |
