PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the viewing angle by improving a light scattering property by means of projecting parts. SOLUTION: A projection-array group consisting of numerous projecting parts 17 arrayed on a glass substrate 2 is formed and is coated with a light reflection layer 4. Respective adjacent projecting parts 17 are interconnected. Still more, an alignment layer 5 is coated on the light reflection layer 4. Besides a color filter 7, an overcoat layer 8, a transparent electrode 9 and an alignment layer 10 are formed on a glass substrate 6 and the both substrates 2, 6 are stuck to each other via a liquid crystal 11 with a sealant member 12. |
