PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VR(virtual reality) sickness reducing method by learning a virtual space since a measure when VR sickness occurs corresponds to only a case when VR sickness is considerably deteriorated such as a case when a user himself depresses an urgent stop key or a monitor stops a system by judgement by a monitor. SOLUTION: A user 11 learns a virtual space with an introduction process and a content adjusted to the state of the user 11 can be changed in accordance with the detection of VR sickness of the user 11 so as to prevent the deterioration of the VR sickness of the user 11 by an intoxication corresponding process. Then, influence using the virtual space is removed after the VR system is used and adverse influence after the VR system is used is avoided.
