<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be superior in transmission of solar beams, and superior in ruggedness, and superior in various characteristics such as a weather-resistance, a heat-resistance, or the like, and in particular fairly enhance the moisture- proofness. SOLUTION: First, a plastic sheet 1 is used as a substrate sheet, and a deposited thin film 3 of an inorganic oxide of a non-barrier property composed of a silicon oxide, an aluminum oxide, or the like has been previously provided on the one plane, and this is set as a deposition-resistant protection film 2, and further the transparent and vitreous deposited film 3 such as the silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, or the like and of the inorganic oxide superior in a vapor barrier property, an oxide barrier property, or the like is provided on the deposition-resistant protection film 2, thereby manufacturing a solar battery module protection sheet A. Then, this is superior in a transmission of solar beams, is superior in intensity, and further is superior in various characteristics such as weather-resistance, heat-resistance, water-proofness, or the like, and in particular enhances the moisture-proofness for preventing invasion of moisture, oxygen, or the like.</p> |
