<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitor and control system capable of executing required control corresponding to the presence of a person in a detection area by simple constitution. SOLUTION: In a terminal 1 for a hot-wire sensor, individual controlling addresses, pattern controlling addresses and group controlling addresses are stored in an address storage part 5 so as to be optionally selected. An address to be sent upon inputting a human body detection signal and an address to be sent when prescribed operation holding time has elapsed can be optionally selected from these individual controlling addresses, pattern controlling addresses and group controlling addresses. Consequently the pattern control of a load can be executed by using the terminal 1 and required control can be attained by simple constitution equivalent to the system constitution of conventional individual control.</p> |
