<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make handeability satisfactory by storing a network address with a communication control means, displaying the list information of network addresses, making a user select the desired address, requesting a connection to equipment selected by the user, and to execute facsimile communicating operation when a prescribed response signal is received or to stop the communicating operation, when there is no reception. SOLUTION: One piece of network facsimile connection information is selected from among a network facsimile information table, a personal code for check is set and a connection request signal setting the personal code for check is transmitted to the facsimile equipment of an IP address. Then, it is investigated whether the suitable response signal can be received from the network facsimile equipment. When the suitable response signal can be received and the decision result is 'YES', a prescribed AT (MODEM) command is sent to the selected network facsimile equipment, and the AT command is received from that network facsimile equipment.</p> |
