<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify control processing by tightly guaranteeing frame rates and reducing the quantity of hardware in the case of realizing a guaranteed frame rate service(GFR). SOLUTION: Each function of a generic cell rate algorithm(GCRA) test section that discriminates an input cell speed in a cell level, a cell loss priority(CLP) test section that discriminates the identity of cell loss priority in the same packet frame, a maximum frame size(MFS) test section that discriminates a packet frame length, a consumed amount parameter control section, a frame- base generic cell rate algorithm(F-GCRA) test section that discriminates the frame rate of a packet frame, and a minimum cell rate(MCR) guarantee control section that reads and outputs cells at a speed for a guaranteed frame rate at least with respect to the cells passing each test in the above is properly distributed to an input interface section 1-1 and a switch section 1-2. Furthermore, an output interface section 1-3 is provided with a shaping processing section based on a packet frame.</p> |
