PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling mill for angle steel which can utilize a housing coping with 2 rolls and can reduce seizure attributable to speed difference between rolls and a rolled material. SOLUTION: This is a rolling mill for angle steel having an upper roll set 12, a lower roll set 13 opposed to the set 12, and a housing 14 for 2 rolls which supports them in a removable way. The upper roll set 12 consists of a pair of inclined rolls 2 and 3 arranged adjacent to each other with mutual shaft centers and mutual roll surfaces 21 and 31 inclined by 90 deg. and an integral upper chock 4 to support the pair of inclined rolls 2 and 3. The lower roll set 13 consists of an angle roll 5 having a convex portion to correspond to the roll surfaces 21 and 31 of the pair of inclined rolls 2 and 3, and a pair of right and left lower chocks 6 and 7 to support the angle roll 5. |
