PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational angular velocity detecting device for acquiring a middle point value (reference value) with high accuracy, even when stopping of a vehicle cannot be detected. SOLUTION: In a car navigation device, a vibration gyro sensor 11 is used as an azimuth sensor, the output value of the vibration gyro sensor 11 when a vehicle is judged to go straight based on azimuth information provided from a GPS signal is stored as a middle point value, and rotational angular velocity of the vehicle is detected using this stored middle point value. |
