<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic blinking device for making turning light on and off of a street lamp according to the illuminance of external light, with less malfunctions, equipped with adjustability to desired illuminance level, and assuring stable operation. SOLUTION: An automatic blinking device is equipped with a current-voltage converter circuit 13 using a solar cell 12 as photosensor and converting the current gerated by the solar cell into a voltage, a time constant circuit 19 to adjust the operating reaction time, a voltage comparison circuit 22 to compare with a preset reference voltage, a drive circuit 24 fed with output signal of the comparison circuit 22 having an FET 23, and a switch circuit 30 to put the load in continuity or discontinuity, using a bidirectional three-terminal thyristor 31 connected with the output side of the drive circuit, where further a power supply circuit to convert the commercial AC main into a DC power supply is installed for establishing stable operations of the current-voltage convertor circuit, time constant circuit, voltage comparison circuit, drive circuit, and switching circuit. The voltage comparison circuit has a hysteresis characteristic, and a stabilized operation of the switch circuit can be established through the selection of the resistance value and stabilization of quality.</p> |
