<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beautiful handrail whose manufacturing time can be remarkably shortened with a manufacturing method by a back run system and whose welded place is invisible. SOLUTION: A handle is cut at about 90 deg.. Next, a hole is made in a mounting plate, which has a diameter a little larger than the outside diameter of the handle so as to fit properly. After inserting the handle into the hole of the mounting plate and then adjusting the plane of the mounting plate, welding is performed from the rear side.</p> |
