A solid composition with continuous aqueous phase comprises: (1) at least one hydrophilic gelling agent; and (2) at least one powder phase comprising at least one flaky filler It has hardness defined by critical breaking strength 5-130 g, at ambient temperature, after penetration by stainless steel mobile of 2 mm diameter into the composition matrix of thickness of 1 mm, at speed 1 mm/sec, and withdrawing this mobile at speed 2 mm/sec. Independent claims are also included for: (1) make-up product, comprising composition as claimed, in form of body make-up, foundation, eye-shadow, blusher, concealer, lipstick, lip-liner, mascara, eye-liner or hair strand make-up/dyeing stick; and (2) process of make-up of skin and/or keratin fibres, comprising application of composition and/or product as claimed.
