PURPOSE: A cyber research institute establishing and management method is provided to implement a ROD(Research On Demand) by using networking and database technology over the internet so that it can proceed all kinds of research projects by member researchers and reduce the research cost and time. CONSTITUTION: A cyber research institute establishing and management method comprises a remote research system, an online lecturing system and a research assessment system. The remote research system has functions of online information retrieval and transmission. The online lecturing system provides a lecture on a set project theme, and manages attendance status and lecture proceeding, and specially has functions of a login ID management, a lecture level check, and a lecture attendance management by using a multimedia search, a distributed processing and a group ware technology. The research assessment system makes a group of experts assess a research result. |
