PURPOSE: A snowboard binder is provided, thereby a pair of boots is capable of being easily fixed and removed, and the direction and angle of the boots fixed can be easily controlled without using an additional tool. CONSTITUTION: The snowboard binder consists of a veil installed in the bottom of boots and having a pair of locking roads in the front and the rear; a base installed on the snowboard and having a first loop-type hook, corresponding to the front locking road of the veil and a second loop-type hook, corresponding to the rear locking road of the veil; and a latching apparatus installed in a pair of brackets extended from the base around the second loop-type hook, and having a space between them to separably fix a locking road of two locking roads.
