<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform the circulating utilization of coating booth cleaning water and the concentrating work for recycling a recovered coating material with 2 filter devices by structuring from a coating line having a cleaning means, a No. 1 concentrating line having a 1st ultrafiltration device and a No. 2 concentrating line having a 2nd color changeover ultrafiltration device. SOLUTION: The coating line 10 is constituted of the coating booth 11, a coater 12, an overflow vessel 14 for passing cleaning water in film to catch and recover overspray mist, a circulating water vessel 15 and a circulating pump 17. The No. 1 concentrating line 20 is constituted of a 1st concentration vessel 21 for storing the cleaning water flowing from the circulating water vessel 15, a 1st ultrafiltration device 23 for ultrafiltering the coating material in the cleaning water flowing in to the 1st concentrating vessel 21 and a transporting/concentrating pump 24. The No. 2 concentrating line 30 is constituted of a coating material vessels 31A, 31B each provided for every color to be coated, a drain vessel 32, the 2nd color changeover ultrafiltration device 34, a concentrating pump 35, a 2nd concentrating vessel 36 and a coating material supply device 38 for supplying the coating material to the coater 12.</p> |
