<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of preventing the occurrence of spark by restraining a current flowing to an earth through table rollers even in a place where only a C-shaped inductor can be installed between the table rollers and thereby manufacturing a high-quality product. SOLUTION: Heating coils 5 are respectively wound around iron core leg parts 3 by interposing opening parts 4 of a C-shaped iron core 2, both end sides of a heated material 6 along the lengthwise direction are passed through the opening parts 4, and a ring-like iron core 11 surrounding the entire heated material 6 to be carried is formed between table rollers 9, 9 for carrying and supporting the heated material 6 and provided at the front and back of a C- shaped inductor 1 for inductively heating the heated material 6.</p> |
