<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat-resistance and the chemical-resistance for a housed article by coating the bottom surface and the side surfaces on the housed article side in the housing section of a packaging container material comprising a thermoplastic resin, with a thermoplastic polyester resin layer of which the melting point is a specified temperature or higher. SOLUTION: For this packaging container material 1, a styrene based resin composition and a foaming agent are mixed using an extruder, and are fed to a T die. Then, a container body 2 comprising a thermoplastic resin layer 5 is formed by performing an extrusion-molding. Then, the bottom surface and the side surfaces on the housed article side in the housing section 6 of the container body 2, are coated with a polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate based polyester resin layer 4 of which the melting point is 220 deg.C. Then, a lid body 3 is placed on such a container body 2. By this constitution, even when a food or the like by a high temperature heat- cooking such as tempura, is housed right after the cooking, there is no breakage or deformation by melting or softening, and the heat-resistance and the chemical- resistance for the housed article can be improved.</p> |
