heat- power engineering; automatic control of fuel feed to steam boiler furnace. SUBSTANCE: method consists in mounting temperature sensors on badly thermally stressed surfaces of steam superheated, after which temperature is automatically and continuously measured by means of all sensors; according to signals received from these sensors, temperature of hottest surface of each section of steam superheater is determined and temperature margin of each section of steam superheater is calculated as difference between maximum permissible temperature of section and temperature of hottest surface on the same section of steam superheater. Then section at minimum magnitude of temperature margin is found from obtained temperature margins of steam superheater sections. Fuel flow rate is measured in parallel with measurement of temperature with the aid of flow sensor and amount of added fuel is calculated by signal from fuel feed regulator at moment of increase of fuel feed. Then, this magnitude is compared with magnitude of maximum permissible addition of fuel for minimum temperature margin determined at this moment. In case fuel addition exceeds maximum permissible magnitude, inhibit signal is formed and is furnished to fuel feed regulator to discontinue further increase of fuel feed. Upon completion of transient process inhibit signal is cancelled, provided temperature of all sections of steam superheater are below permissible level, thus allowing further increase of fuel feed.
