PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease sellers which access a purchaser and to improve the anonymousness of the purchaser by including an anonymous electronic mail server, etc., which receives an inquiry answer from the purchaser and sends the inquiry answer back to the purchaser. SOLUTION: The anonymous electronic mail server etc., are included which receives an inquiry answer from a purchaser and sends the inquiry answer back to the purchaser. This system 10 includes a host server 12, an electronic mail server 16, and a database 14 and can be accessed by system users, i.e., purchasers and sellers. Each user completes preliminary registration through the host server 12 and provides user contact information including an electronic mail address for the host. The host assigns a user ID to each user. The host stores the user contact information and assigned user ID in the database 14 to enable the host server 12 to verify the user ID and transfer anonymous electronic mail between users. |
