PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the maximum number of users to be stored by effectively utilizing the hardware scale and to realize sufficient interference removing characteristics by a small device in an interference canceler device to be used for a base station receiver or the like in a cellular DS-CDMA mobile object communication system. SOLUTION: The interference canceler device is provided with one or more interference removing stages for removing interference from a received signal by generating interference replicas for individual channels by a plurality of interference replica generation units 1 corresponding to respective channels and subtracting these interference replicas from a received signal. The device is constituted so as to demodulate by a demodulation stage the received signal from which interference is removed by the interference removing stage. Each interference replica generation unit 1 is operated also as a data demodulation part in accordance with a traffic stage.
