PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable correcting quickly and precisely installation error of a line type data input device. SOLUTION: A line type data input device 4 is installed in a carrying path of an object W to be carried and recognizes the object W. An image forming means 11 forms image data of the object W on the basis of the input from the data input device 4. When a gauge W1 is carried, a position deviation detecting means 12 detects position deviation of the gauge W1 as the inclination of installation direction and the deviation of installation position of the data input device 4, on the basis of the image data of the gauge data W1, and makes correction data (Δx, Δy, θ), which are stored and held in a storage means 13. When an electronic component W2 is carried, a correcting means 14 corrects the image data of the electronic component W2 with the correction data (Δx, Δy, θ). |
