PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an automatic failure analysis information collection method for automatically collecting information necessary for analyzing a failure in a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: Each of base station controllers 200, 201 periodically collects traffic data from respective base stations 300, 301, and 400, 401, and, when a state in which the collected traffic data are below a regulated value is continued a regulated number of times, instructs trace operation to the base station concerned, e.g. the base station 301, collects trace data necessary for the analysis of a problem and informs a maintenance device 500 of problem generation. Consequently, information necessary for the analysis of a failure can be automatically collected, the problem can be quickly solved by analyzing the problem by maintenance personnel on the basis of the information and service for an end user can be improved. |
