SUBSTANCE: concrete mix is fed to a two-chamber device, in whose first chamber electric heat-up is accomplished with simultaneous action of horizontally directed vibratory impulses set up by a vibration exciter with the axis of rotation perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the device chambers, and vertical circular vibratory pulses set up by vibration exciter installed in such a manner that its axis of rotation is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device chambers. Under the action of horizontal vibratory impulses the concrete mix is displaced to the other chamber of the device, in which additional agitation is accomplished under the action of circular vibratory impulses; the section of the second chamber exceeds the section of the first chamber by 20 to 25%. The device for working of concrete mix has a body accommodating electrodes, and vibration exciters of horizontal vibratory impulses installed on it. The device interior is made up of two chambers. The section of the second chamber exceeds the section of the first chamber by 20 to 25%. Electrodes 3 are positioned in the chamber longitudinal axis and have a segment section, they are arranged at an angle of 120 deg. to one another. In addition the device body carries an exciter of circular vertical vibratory impulses so that its axis of rotation is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device chambers.
