<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin composition capable of providing a prepreg excellent in treatability such as tacking properties, draping properties and properties to be wound on a mandrel, and useful as a material for a shaft or the like for a golf club by including a thermoset resin, a hardening agent, a specific thermoplastic resin and the like. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a thermoset resin, (B) a hardening agent, (C) a thermoplastic resin having 200,000-5,000,000 weight average molecular weight, and (D) a compound having one functional group having at least one kind of a partial structure selected from formulas I to IV and capable of reacting with the components A or B, and/or (E) a polyester- polyurethane having an aromatic ring in the molecule. The formulated amounts of the components C, D and E are preferably 1-20 pts.wt., 1-20 pts.wt. and 1-15 pts.wt. respectively based on 100 pts.wt. component A. The component C preferably has 80-200 deg.C glass transition temperature or 80-200 deg.C melting point.</p> |
