PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently recovering a high-quality cracked oil which improves the recovery rate of the cracked oil. SOLUTION: A thermally cracked product is generated in a thermal cracking oven 1 wherein a waste plastic 3 is dry distilled and cracked with a heating means 2, and is introduced into a thermally cracked oil tank 4 to recover a cracked oil from the thermally cracked product. The residual thermally cracked product is sent from the top of the thermally cracked oil tank to a waste gas treatment process 5 and treated. Here, the residual thermally cracked product is sent to the waste gas treatment process via a vent condenser 6 positioned above the thermally cracked oil tank, and a cracked oil recovered from the thermally cracked product in the vent condenser is refluxed to the thermally cracked oil tank. The cracked oil accumulated in the thermally cracked oil tank is heated and then dechlorinated before collected in a storage tank.
