<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify monitoring of operation of a sensor and a quality managing system using the sensor without reducing a line speed. SOLUTION: A line is provided with a sensor, given quality of an object to be inspected is decided by the sensor, and operation of the line is controlled according to a deciding result. In a so formed method for monitoring operation of a quality managing system, a synchronizing signal set to 0 or 1 based on a cycle signal synchronized with conveyance of the object to be inspected and conveyance of the object to be inspected in the sensor, a quality signal set to 0 or 1 according to the deciding result of the sensor, and a control signal set to 0 or 1 according to the control content of operation of the line are generated. Based on a logic pattern where the signals are 0 or 1, it is decided that abnormality occurs to operation of the quality managing system.</p> |
