PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spam mail detection apparatus, a method, and a program capable of detecting spam mail with sufficient accuracy.SOLUTION: A spam mail detection apparatus 1 includes: an acquisition part 11 which acquires a SPF record corresponding to a transmission domain of e-mail; and a determination part 13 which determines whether the transmission domain of the newly received mail is a spam mail transmission domain based on characteristics of a character string included in the SPF record acquired by the acquisition part 11 on the newly received mail. |
