PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-control device for achieving highly efficient motor drive. SOLUTION: A control part 5 is arranged for a synchronous motor 1, that is constituted by a rotor where a magnet is fitted. The control part 5 is provided with a 180-degree energize and drive part 7 for energizing and driving the synchronous motor 1 by 180 degrees a 120-degree energize and drive part 6 for energizing and driving the synchronous motor by 120 degrees, a rotary speed calculation part 8 for calculating the motor speed, rotational speed- efficiency table part 10 for storing efficiency for the rotary speed of the motor, and a drive system selection part 9 for selecting the optimum drive system for a current rotary speed, based on the current rotary speed and information being stored in the rotary speed-efficiency table part 10. As a result, the synchronous motor 1 realizes a drive with maximum efficiency by 120-degree conduction drive or 180-degree conduction drive. |
