PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the illegal set of a calendar clock and to obtain the correcting function of time by inhibiting time setting in a plain text mode after time setting in the plain text mode of the calendar clock and permitting resetting of time of the calendar clock only in a cipher mode. SOLUTION: A cipher control part 4 is provided with a calendar clock 15a for managing the registration time of data. After time setting of the calendar clock 15a in the plain text mode, following time setting in the plain text mode is inhibited and resetting of time of the calendar clock 15a is possible only in the cipher mode. Therefore, the illegal set of the calendar clock 15a is inhibited and the correction of time can be performed. Further, when resetting the time of the calendar clock 15a, correct time is operated from the time of plural calendar clocks 15a and time is reset. Therefore, resetting is possible at time applied from a control part 3a and setting processing in the cipher control part 4 is facilitated. |
