<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user as a client to take the initiative in information extraction by referring to list information which is colored by extraction times. SOLUTION: According to an indication made by the user as the client 50, a server 30 generate the list information of the discrimination information of information, which can be taken out, colored by storage places of the information and properties of files such as sizes and kinds (image, text or the like) and whether the time needed to take the information out is long or short depending upon a wait state or the like of extraction of other information and transfers to the client 50, which outputs the colored list information by a means for displaying, printing or the like.</p> |
