<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission time by simultaneously using two channels available for transmission reception of data between a terminal and a base station so as to transmit desired character message data to the base station while being divided onto the two channels. SOLUTION: An operation section 11 of a PHS 10 enters and edits transmission data and informs a data control section 14 about the transmission data. The data control section 14 divides the transmission data by 32-byte each and informs a protocol control section 16 about whether the transmission data are sent through a 1st channel or a 2nd channel. The protocol control section 16 converts the received data into radio transmission data and sets the data to a radio transmission reception section 18. The data control section 14 starts, e.g. a 6.5 sec timer and informs the protocol control section 16 about succeeding transmission data after the lapse of 6.5 seconds. The protocol control section 16 converts the received data into radio transmission data and sets the data to a radio transmission reception section 18. When the transmission of all the data is finished, the data control section 16 informs the operation section 12 about the end of transmission of all data.</p> |
