PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a descaling agent that resists formation of wrinkles and/or fine lines and/or marks on the human skin, recovers the gloss of the skin, and/or cures acne without tolerance. SOLUTION: As a descaling agent in the cosmetic purpose, is used at least one kind of HMG-coenzyme A reductase inhibitors. In addition, a combination of the reductase inhibitor with at least one of activation agent that acts as a synergistic agent (for example, anα-hydroxy acid,β-hydroxy acid,α-keto acid,β-keto acid, and retinoid or the like) is used as a cosmetic composition. |
