PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray production apparatus capable of efficiently and stably production a microarray. SOLUTION: This microarray production apparatus is equipped with a base plate placing part capable of arranging plural base plates, a titer plate for storing a solution containing a biological sample, a liquid storage number 52 for taking in the solution from the titer plate and storing the solution and a needle 51 for reaching the liquid storage member and attaching the solution stored in the liquid storage member by a fixed amount to the base plate. The liquid storage member and the needle are moved in the direction close to and apart from the base plate to form a spot.
