PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a grouting material provided with high flowability, good properties with respect to mixing and sea water resistance by agitating and mixing cement milk and a liquid suspension of at least one plasticizer selected from metakaolin and attapulgite, together. SOLUTION: The production process of this grouting material comprise: preparing, as a liquid A, cement milk obtained by blending cement, water and if necessary, sand, gravel, expanded beads, bubbles or various admixtures, each alone or in combination with any one or more of the other, together; preparing, as a liquid B, a liquid suspension obtained by blending attapulgite or metakaolin, water and if necessary, various admixtures together; and mixing the liquid A with the liquid B to form a mixture, to instantly plasticize the mixture and to produce the objective plastic grouting material. In the formation of cement milk, if necessary, bubbles generated by subjecting a foaming agent to foaming treatment are optionally blended with cement, water, and the like, desirably in an amount sufficient to provide a <=60 vol.% ratio of the bubbles to the volume of the resulting grouting material to form a cement-air milk. Thus, the density of the grouting material can be set to an optional value within the range of 0.6-1.2 g/cm3 correspondingly to the amount of bubbles blended. Also, desirably, each of the metakaolin and attapulgite has particle size such that all the particles pass through a 80 mesh sieve. |
