PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give additional value, such as limited reproduction of information, to the information by processing information in an information distributing device and adding the additional information to the information. SOLUTION: Information is generated by an information creator and an information generating device 101 and stored in the information distributing device 103. This distributing device 103 processes the stored information or adds auxiliary information at a request made by a dedicated terminal 105, a general information processor 106, or an information reproducing device 108 and transfers the information through a communication line 104. The processor 106 and reproducing device 108 transfers the information transferred from the distributing device 103 to a semiconductor storage medium 110 basically as it is and recognizes a partner of information exchange at each time to judge the adequacy. The stored medium 110 stored with the distributed information which is processed or has the added auxiliary information transfers the stored information at a request made by an information reproducing device 109 in an independent state. At this time, the storage medium 110 and reproducing device 109 are recognized and information for judging the adequacy is exchanged. |
