摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a current margin, that is, to enlarge a response speed by connecting a source part of an NTFT to a first signal line, connecting the source part of a PTFT to a second signal line, connecting gate electrodes of the NTFT and the PTFT commonly to a third signal line and connecting drain parts to a pixel electrode. SOLUTION: The NTFT 13 is connected to a first scanning line 5 through a contact of an input terminal of a drain 10, and a gate 9 is connected to a multi-layer wiring formed data line 3. An output terminal of a source 12 is connected to the pixel electrode 17 through the contact. The input terminal of the drain 20 of the PTFT 22 is connected to a second scanning line 8 through the contact, and the gate 21 is connected to the data line 3, and the output terminal of the source 18 is connected to the pixel electrode 17 through the contact. Thus, one pixel is constituted by a pixel 23 consisting of a transparent conductive film and a C/TFT in a space held by a pair of scanning lines 5, 8, that is, two TFTs arc constituted complementarily on one pixel 23 to be provided.</p>
