PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of detecting that rotation abnormality is occurring in a variable display device by simple constitution. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with stepping motors 7L, 7C and 7R for rotationally driving a movable display member and left, center and right reel sensors 8L, 8C and 8R for detecting positions to be the reference of the movement of identification information. An error is defined by the fact that in the case that the reference position is not detected by the left, center and right reel sensors 8L, 8C and 8R even when the stepping motors 7L, 7C and 7R are driven for a prescribed step number after the movable display member is started. |
