<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning device which does not require a mold for molding it and which is recyclable and does not generate pollution even if it is incinerated by connecting a plurality of buffering cushions in which corrugated cardboard is folded to mutually reverse directions at a cutting line formed in the cardboard and put on top of each other and bonded together through mutual connecting means. SOLUTION: In this device, a buffering cushion 25 is disposed at the lower side and another buffering cushion 26 is disposed at the upper side and the engaging holes 17, 22 of both cushions are registered. The lower end side part of a cylindrical body 30 for connection is inserted in the engaging hole 17 of the buffering cushion 25 and the upper end side part of the cylindrical body 30 is inserted in the engaging hole 22 of the buffering cushion 26 to connect them. In this connection structure, the buffering cushions 25, 26 are assembled so as to cross both faces of corrugated cardboard of the cushions 25, 26 at right angles. While making the cushioning performance and the compressive strength compatible, both are harmonized with each other. Meanwhile, the buffering cushions 25, 26 and the cylindrical body 30 are made of corrugated cardboard and it is not only recyclable but also it does not generate pollution even in an incineration process.</p> |
