<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which can reliably prevent a short- circuit between the unit cells by the isolated parts of the unit cells even in the case where unit cells are integrated for a high voltage. SOLUTION: Unit cells constituted by integrating photoelectric conversion elements 5, which are formed by laminating a transparent conducting film, an amorphous semiconductor film and a rear metallic electrode film in the order of the conducting film, the semiconductor film and the metallic electrode film, in a row on a straight line are provided in parallel to each other in a plurality of steps on a glass substrate 1 and the unit cells are isolated from each other by each split groove 6. A resin coated film 7 is provided on the rear metallic electrode films and each weather-resistant and insulative sheet 8 is provided on the grooves 6 formed on this film 7.</p> |
