A battery cooling apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing provided on a battery pack and having a suction hole through which air having passed the battery pack is suctioned and a discharge hole through which the air suctioned through the suction hole is discharged to the outside; a plurality of cooling fans provided inside the housing with a distance therebetween to suction air through the suction hole and to discharge the air through the discharge hole; and a PCB provided inside the housing and controlling the operation of the plurality of cooling fans fixed thereto and electrically connected therewith. Accordingly, the battery cooling apparatus can uniformly cool a battery, and since the plurality of cooling fans are connected to one PCB, the battery cooling apparatus can be made compact, and an assembly process therefor can be simplified.
