摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of the laminated substance of a disc base plate by preventing the occurrence of the drop of a cation type ultraviolet ray curable composition through a nozzle at un intentional timing and preventing the occur rence of unevenness in thickness in the peripheral surface of an adhesion layer. SOLUTION: In a pump 41 to discharge a cation type ultraviolet ray curable resin composition, with which a cylinder 45 is filled, through movement of a plunger 46 disposed in a manner to be inserted in and pulled out from a cylinder 45, the cylinder 45 is provided with a chamber 45a and a nozzle 47 to discharge the cation type ultraviolet ray curable composition. A partition wall 45b to partition the cylinder 45 and the chamber 45a from each other is provided with a first check valve 48 to be released and cause inflow of the cation type ultraviolet ray curable composition to the chamber 45a at a process where the plunger 46 is inserted, and a second check valve 49 to cause a reverse flow of the cation type ultraviolet ray curable composition in the chamber 45a to the chamber 45.</p>
