<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club which is securely fixed with a shaft to a hosel without eccentricity and shaking and is excellent in the durability at the front end of the shaft and the hosel. SOLUTION: A metallic shaft which is provided with square bulging parts 7 having a regular polygonal shape in section at one or more points in an axial direction of the front end of the shaft 4 and of which the projecting parts formed at the section of the square bulging parts 7 are overhung outward from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 4 exclusive of the square bulging parts is inserted to a hosel 1. A taper 24 which is 45 to 75 deg. with the top end face of the hosel 1 is formed at the inside surface of the top end shaft insertion port of the hosel 1.</p> |
