PROCESS FOR CONSTRUCTING A COMMUNICATION NETWORK

Process for the construction of a communication network for telephone traffi c and Internet dial-up traffic, in which the network is optimized for telephone traffic and Interne t dial-up traffic while taking into account statistical data. By including both telephone and Internal dial-up traffic in the evaluation, substantial synergistic effects can be achieved in the optimization.
