PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device unit which contributes to clearness of an image including a first object and a second object imaged at mutually-different ultrasonic frequencies.SOLUTION: An element array 31 of an ultrasonic device 17 comprises: first ultrasonic transducer elements 35 which are arranged in the array shape in a first region 33 in a plan view and have a vibration frequency at the first frequency; second ultrasonic transducer elements 36 which are arranged in the array shape in a second region 34 different from the first region 33 in the plan view and have a vibration frequency at the first frequency; and third ultrasonic transducer elements 37 which are arranged in a mixed manner in the array of the second ultrasonic transducer elements 36 in a second region 34 and have a vibration frequency at the second frequency different from the first frequency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
