PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management device and a maintenance management system capable of reducing uneasiness of a passenger confined within a car.SOLUTION: A maintenance management device includes determination means, operation time calculating means and transmission means. The determination means determines whether such a confining accident that a passenger is confined in an elevator car occurs or not. The operation time calculating means, when it is determined that the confining accident occurs, calculates a rescue operation time in accordance with a rescue operation which is performed by a maintenance person in order to rescue the passenger. The transmission means transmits the calculated rescue operation time in order to display the rescue operation time on a display device disposed in the car.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
