MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF SILICA GLASS FOR SOL-GEL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of silica glass for a sol-gel process is provided which prevents tube from being bent in a sintering process of the tube. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device comprises: (i) three joint parts(23, 24, 25) which are to fix a tube(21) in a vertical direction and are connected to one another by three joints; (ii) a connection rod(26) which connects the three joint parts with the tube; and (iii) a heater(22) which encloses the tube connected to the connection rod and applies heat to the tube to sinter it.
