MOBILE POWER-SUPPLY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile power-supply apparatus, in which the stop place of a mobile power-supply vehicle is not limited and in which the detecting accuracy of a phase can be increased. SOLUTION: A power supply side noncontact voltage sensor 17 and noncontact voltage and current sensors 16V, 16W are installed to the side of a power supply from the section switch 13 of a distribution line. Load-side noncontact voltage sensors 19U, 19V, 19W are installed to the side of a load from the section switch 13 of the distribution line. A radio synchronous phase detector 15 is arranged near the section switch 13. The radio synchronous phase detector 15 detects the phase of voltages of the distribution line on the side of the power supply and on the side of the load on the basis of the output of the power supply side noncontact voltage sensor and on the basis of outputs of the load-side noncontact voltage sensors. The result is transmitted by radio to a mobile power-supply vehicle.
