PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of vapor condensation to a stepping motor to drive upper and lower blades during cooling operation, to equalize a lateral gap between upper and lower blades, and to prevent the occurrence of stagnation of wind. SOLUTION: Upper and lower blades in a wind direction pivotally supported and vertically changing a wind direction are situated in an air outlet. The upper and lower blades in a wind direction are coupled at right and left shaft ends to a stepping motor and the bearings of the shafts of the upper and lower shaft are formed in a ring-form shape.
